This collection of paper is the output of an Aida world project “comparative notes”. The project aims to create an international repository of Comparative Notes on insurance law, fostering comparative legal research and knowledge exchange among academics and practitioners. Through concise, jurisdiction-specific contributions, the initiative examines how insurance concepts, products, and legal institutions are addressed across different legal systems, highlighting regulatory frameworks, doctrinal debates, practical applications, and emerging developments.
