Ensure blind peer review
To ensure blind peer review of proposals submitted to this journal, every method is used to keep the identities of authors and reviewers unknown. To ensure blind peer review, it is necessary that:

Authors have deleted their names from the text of the file, using various strings (in the bibliography and notes) instead of the author's name, article title, etc.

In Microsoft Office documents, identifying elements in the file properties (File menu in MSWord) must also be removed.

With PDFs, authors' names should also be removed from the document properties in the Adobe Acrobat File menu.
