State aid law: general outlines

Abstract

This short article is about the general outlines of the main principle regarding State aid law. It describes the norms concerning eligible aids and illustrates  some of the main characteristics   concerning   the   General   Block   Exemption   Regulation.  There   are   also   brief considerations about State aids policy during the economic and financial crisis.
